Allegheny County Parks Department is offering a free public program in North Park, “Good Dogs in the Park with Sheri Gintner”, on Saturday, May 5, from 10 am to 12 noon, at the Latodami Environmental Education Center, located on Brown Road near the Ice Rink.
Bring your four-footed, furry friend along for this informative and fun, dog friendly, nature walk. Special guest instructor, Sheri Gintner, a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant, will be teaching participants and their pets how to stay safe in a variety of commonly occurring situations and encounters on trails and open areas in public parks.
Pre-registration is required for this free program. Participants will be provided information on what to bring for this doggy nature walk when they call Latodami Nature Center at 724-935-2170. |
